Afghanistan – will we stay or will we go

Tuesday, September 8th, 2009

President Obama must decide in the coming weeks whether a greater investment of troops and resources in Afghanistan is worth the political risk.

Nothing about US security, is Soldiers navigate across a creek during a dismounted patrol in the Nerkh Valley, Afghanistan, June 4, 2009. Thursday, Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates said a new "intermediate" command set for Afghanistan will allow the commander to concentrate on day-to-day tactical events across the country. The pictured Photo Credit: Staff Sgt. Not that any or all of the above may apply but to make a decision of this magnitude based on political risk is sad.

Is this really where we are in America? The truth is this is where we are and have been for a long time. Will we ever again as a country do things because they are right?

Just a simple question (or three)

If you could save your family from death by “threatening” a known terrorist with death, would you?

If you could save your neighbor’s family from death by “threatening” a known terrorist with the death of his family, would you?

If you could save one Americans life by stripping a terrorist naked and putting a hood on him, would you?

If you answer “no” to any of the above you have serious problems prioritizing, are confused, or are being serious misled by some ethics or philosophy class you attended.

This will help our enemies says NBC.

Not really. At least not in the A spy but from where?way they mean in this statement. Since our enemy does the same and worse they can’t accuse us of being “bad.” But it does help them to know, if captured, nothing much will happen to them. As for our allies, they are laughing their asses off at the utter stupidity of the American government and the sheep they are leading around

President O. and his spokespeople continue to say they want to look forward but, if the Attorney General wants to investigate, it is up to him.

Right.

Take the people’s thoughts off the real issues. Sacrifice a few CIA officers and contractors. Weaken America’s already weak intelligence gathering capability. And when the next attack comes, if we survive, shift the blame to a few more CIA officers.

North Korea attacks US – not so (maybe) says Obama administration

Wednesday, July 8th, 2009

Over the past few days we have been under attack from North Korea.  Yet in an alarming display of political correctness by the Obama administration we are told what we see is not really what we see.

The officials said that while Internet addresses have been traced to North Korea, that does not necessarily mean the attack involved the Pyongyang government.

Let me tell you the facts. If an Internet address is traced to North Korea it can ONLY BE COMING FROM THE PHYONGYANG GOVERNMENT.

Come on folks. Let’s not play stupid here. A commie is a commie is a commie is a North Korean Commie.
