Not really. At least not in the 
way they mean in this statement. Since our enemy does the same and worse they can’t accuse us of being “bad.” But it does help them to know, if captured, nothing much will happen to them. As for our allies, they are laughing their asses off at the utter stupidity of the American government and the sheep they are leading around
President O. and his spokespeople continue to say they want to look forward but, if the Attorney General wants to investigate, it is up to him.
Right.
Take the people’s thoughts off the real issues. Sacrifice a few CIA officers and contractors. Weaken America’s already weak intelligence gathering capability. And when the next attack comes, if we survive, shift the blame to a few more CIA officers.
